1. Each seance starts on the hour and is 50 minutes long.

2. It is necessary to arrive on time - it's not possible to enter a seance that has already started.

3. Before entering the Cave, turn off your cellphones.

4. Bringing food or drinks to the Cave is forbidden.

5. Before entering the Cave, take off your shoes, and wear plain light socks or foot protectors (available at the desk).

6. After entering the Cave, lay down on the chair, and submit yourself to the microclimate and relaxing music.

7. During the seance, behave silently and do not disturb other customers (excluding seances with children).

8. Do not touch the walls or exhibits.

9. Do not take away the salt crystals.

10. It is recommended to avoid using rich cosmetics before enetring the Cave (f.e. perfumes, deodorants).

11. If you start to feel bad leave the Cave immediately.

12. The temperature inside the Cave is 19-21 C.

13. In case of thyroid hyperactivity, tuberculosis, claustrophobia and tumors, consult a doctor before entering a seance.

14. Neither the owner nor personnel of the Caves bears responsibility for bad feeling during or after the seance, especially if one suffers from contraindications.

15. End of a seance is indicated by brightening lights and turning off the music.
